Order cancellation
An order can be cancelled either by email or telephone only if it has not been processed and the item has not been delivered yet (i.e., if a dispatch note has not been issued yet).

The customer must check the items that he/she had ordered and inform immediately the company in the event of defects within five (5) days. After this period, it is considered that the items were received in good condition.

Le petit diamant reserves the right to modify the dispatch methods, terms and prices, at its discretion and without prior notice.

Right to withdraw
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within maximum fourteen (15) calendar days of the product’s receipt and to return the product to the company in its original condition. Within the abovementioned time-limit, he/she must inform the e-shop by sending an email and contact the store. In this case, return expenses are to be paid by the customer. The item’s return is accepted only if the buyer has already repaid any amount paid by the company for the dispatch of the item to him/her as well as the return cost of the item.

Opened and used products and products that are not in excellent condition or that are not accompanied by all original documents attached to the product cannot be returned (e.g. dispatch note, receipt etc.); moreover, they must be returned in their full packaging.
In the event of used, damaged or incomplete returned products, Le petit diamant has the right to deny the return of the product or to ask for compensation from the customer, the amount of which is determined by the condition of the products; the company may proceed unilaterally and with no further formalities to the total or partial compensation of its claim against the customer.

If an order is by mistake processed, that is in the event of a delivery of an item different to the one ordered in terms of type or quantity or if the item is damaged upon delivery, the customer must either refuse the receipt of the product or ask for its return. Products must be returned in their original condition as received by the customer, with their dispatch packaging. If they are not returned within 15 days of the delivery, Le petit diamant has the right not to accept the return and therefore to deny its replacement. In any case, the return of a product to be replaced must include all documents that accompanied the product (e.g. dispatch note, receipt etc.) and the product must be returned in its full packaging. In the event of used or incomplete returned products, Le petit diamant has the right to ask for compensation from the customer, the amount of which is determined by the condition of the products; the company may proceed unilaterally and with no further formalities to the total or partial compensation of its claim against the customer.
